Cancellation / Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to the Congress office.

For the reimbursement of the congress fee for individual cancellations and cancellations submitted via third parties, please send the cancellation notice to metka.krivec@thermana.si or info@thermana.si.

Any gains or losses due to exchange rates shall be at the risk of the participant. The Congress office shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to bank charges, transfer fees or currency fluctuations. Due to organisational and logistical procedures, all approved refunds will be processed and issued within one month after the Congress.

 

Cancellations of registration fees are accepted:

 

Before and including 10 February 2021	80% of registration fee will be refunded
Before and including 1 March 2021	60% of registration fee will be refunded
Before and including 9 March 2021	40% of registration fee will be refunded
After 9 March 2021	No refund is possible
